International law firm that is highly regarded top tier for different areas of law, are now seeking to recruit a Construction Law Solicitor.
The firm has acts for an enviable portfolio of clients within the public and private sector, both nationally and on large scale developments/projects internationally.
Their Construction Team is highly recognised for the work they undertake and are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their disputes team.
The role will involve representing clients that include household names, as well as contractors, developers, utility providers and governmental institutions on a range of disputes, either defending or bring claims for delay disruption, loss and expense, defective workmanship materials and design to the Technology and Construction Court (TCC) and advising clients in relation to adjudications, arbitration's and all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution and insurance related issues.
Ideally, you will have gained excellent academics, coupled with experience at a regional or City practice dealing with construction related disputes and would like to join a leading firm and continue to grow a career within this specialism.
