Construction Law Solicitor, West Sussex

My client, a top 20 law firm is now seeking a junior/mid-level associate to join their expanding real estate team. The role sits within their multi-site and highly ranked Construction and Engineering team that deal with high value projects.

The successful candidate will be working very closely with the head of construction on a mixture of contentious and non-contentious matters for clients that include developers, funders, property investment companies, owners and occupiers and advise on office developments, logistics parks, energy and infrastructure projects, hotels, shopping centres and urban regeneration in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. You will also be responsible for managing and developing new client relationships and working within a multi-site team.

The successful candidate will have excellent academics and ideally be experienced within construction law a regarded City or regional law firm with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, but less experienced candidates or international lawyers will also be considered that can demonstrate added value to the practice.
