Are you looking for a Corporate role close to home? I am working with a Commercial firm in the Maidstone area. They are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding team.

The role is interesting and carries a varied caseload with an emphasis on M & A work. Clients include PLCs, high net worth private clients and mid-tier businesses. The firm have a strong national presence with offices across the country and in the capital. 

You will be a Solicitor with strong corporate experience having trained with a City or leading national/regional practice. Experience will include general corporate advisory and M & A work.
