Legal Asssitant / Junior Conveyancer

A leading Hampshire law firm based in Basingstoke with a great reputation with an excellent senior management team that has seen sustained growth in recent years. The firm provide high quality legal advice to commercial and private clients across Hampshire and beyond.
The residential conveyancing team are very well established and benefit from a great mix of experienced lawyers including some of the most senior members of the firm's management structure which provides a fantastic environment to develop your own professional skills and expertise further. The department are looking to taken on an experienced Legal Assistant or Paralegal with what you would describe as extensive conveyancing knowledge (you may already be contributing to your existing teams billings). The team look for ambitious and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy taking on responsibility and are keen to develop professionally. The roles responsibilities will include opening and closing files, providing quotations and Client Care Letters, conducting Land Registry Searches, drafting sales contracts and dealing with enquiries, various legal searches and checks and preparing associated reports, dealing with Land Registry and all post completion matters.
