A leading high street name with an incredibly busy conveyancing team are looking to add an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to their central Brighton team which has recently moved to spacious and modern offices. The firm have undergone structural change in recent times and now form part of a wider network that makes them one of the leading consumer focused high street legal advisers.
With the current upsurge in conveyancing work and with an overall longer term plan to increase their reach within the region the team are keen to take on an organised and competent individual with previous experience of working in a busy conveyancing team, You should have good organisational skills, understand the need to work to deadlines and be able to prioritise your work. An eye for detail and accuracy with a good understanding of the terminology and various processes and documentation dealt with in relation to residential conveyancing transactions will allow you to succeed and thrive in the role.
