A brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking for an opportunity with an established property team at one of Brighton's highly regarded firms. 

The firm deal with both commercial and private clients and have offices in London as well as Brighton, they deal with a broad range of work and also cover some of the more niche areas of law that you won't necessarily find at many local firms.  The property team are firmly established and deal with the full remit residential property matters including HNW transactions. They are keen to welcome an individual with experience of residential property. Ideally you will currently be a property paralegal or legal assistant and enjoy the challenge of being part of a busy and thriving team

The firm are incredibly busy right now and generally deal with higher quality work across Sussex and generate good fees. There's a good team atmosphere, professional but very friendly and based out of centrally located and very pleasant offices in central Brighton. 

Key areas of the role are listed below therefore experience or at least some knowledge in all of these would be viewed as highly beneficial.

• File opening
• AML compliance
• Dealing with administrative exchange formalities completion and post completion tasks
• Drafting financial statements and invoices
• Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms
