This highly regarded Nuneaton practice is looking to strengthen its Private Client team with the appointment of a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive (2yrs+ PQE) to deal with a high calibre caseload of private client matters.

Reporting to the Head of Department you will handle private client work dealing with Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection (deputyship primarily). You will be responsible for running your own caseload as well as helping with more complex matters.
