Job: Recruitment Consultant

QED Legal is looking for a legal recruitment consultant to join the team.
In a perfect world you would be a legal recruitment consultant with a strong track record of delivery.
The role can be based remotely to start with, but you will be integrated into a very experienced, professional and mature team. Long term flexible working is the most likely scenario. Our physical Sussex office is in Lancing (free onsite parking). We have wider teams elsewhere in the UK and Scotland.
We offer a competitive basic salary and an unrivalled commission scheme that allows you to earn up to 60% commission on placements each quarter. We don't have thresholds or carry forwards, so you earn on everything you bill. You will be given a large patch with plenty of scope to bill (and earn) big if you really want to attack the market.
We have a state of the art, clean and very well stocked database and advertise on the leading job boards to help you achieve your goals. There is support across the business from very experienced legal recruiters.
We do not have targets or KPI's or pointless sales meetings. What we ask for in return is for self-starters who want to go out there and make a name for themselves and take pride in doing a great job without cutting corners.
