A well established legal 500 firm advising both private and commercial clients with several offices across the southern counties. The existing conveyancing department have proven time and time again to provide a high quality service dealing with the full range of conveyancing matters. The residential conveyancing team have created a new role to bolster and further develop their capacity and commercial reach across East Sussex. This is a role with longer term planning in mind rather than dealing with the current high level of cases due to current market conditions and very much a position that would suit an individual who has clear ambitions to move into seniority withing a legal practice.
The team are ideally looking for a qualified conveyancer be that Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3-5 years fee earning experience with a brad range of experience in dealing with all matters related to residential conveyancing transactional activity. The position would suit an individual who is competent in dealing with their own caseload without supervision, though peer support is always available from the immediate team at your location as well as other locations across the practice. The department are looking to increase the commercial coverage of the team therefore a natural ability and enthusiasm to engage with existing agents as well as network and business develop across the region is a key requirement for the role.
